PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
St. Lukes is a well-established and successful GME program with multiple residency programs, so although it is our first year with a pediatric residency we have amazing GME support.
There will be significant one-on-one time with faculty due to this being the first class.
St Luke's Anderson Campus in Easton PA, but will rotate through multiple sites in the Lehigh valley and NJ.

CURRICULUM
The Curriculum follows ACGME standards with time devoted to each resident's ILP. In particular, we have a Pediatric psychiatric rotation built in which will be extremely useful for all pediatricians, no matter their specialty.
DIVERSITY INITIATIVES
Our diversity initiatives will include implicit bias training, grand rounds given by a diverse grouping of pediatricians, and book clubs and journal articles. We will also participate in our network wide LGBTQ task force, diversity equity inclusion group and minority outreach retainment group.
